PRECISION TUNING SUITE is an ECU remapping suite for Philippine motorcycles: a professionally tested map library for supported ECU types. Pick the bike, pick the map, and flash — plus diagnostics, EEPROM tools, and advanced flashing for expert users, all in one hub.

Every plan includes two editions: the Windows desktop app (license key, HWID lock, offline cache, BackDoor flasher) and the web edition at precision-tuning-suite.xyz/web — no install, signed in with your panel account. Details in The Web Edition.

Open precision-tuning-suite.xyz/web and sign in with your panel account — the same username & password you use for this website. Your plan, features and limits follow the account, so the web edition behaves exactly like the desktop app, and it runs on any computer or Android phone — nothing to download or install.

Browser & connection

Use Chrome or Edge: the flashing interface connects through Web Serial / WebUSB — Windows desktop, or Android with an OTG cable. iPhone / iPad Safari is not supported. Press Pair device in the CONNECTION panel and pick your adapter, then work through the pages exactly as described in this guide.

One device per account

Like a desktop license, an account is signed in on one device at a time. Sign out from the account menu before using another phone or PC — or ask an admin, who can free the slot from Users → Manage → Reset login device. Sessions left open are released automatically after 4 hours of inactivity, and an admin can always see which account is signed in where (the Web column in the user list).

Hardware lock (HWID)

Every license is locked to exactly one PC. The first PC that validates your key becomes its permanent home. The machine ID is built from your processor ID + the volume serial of your C: drive — reinstalling Windows normally keeps the same ID.

Moving to a new PC

Changed your hardware or bought a new laptop? Ask an admin or your reseller to reset your HWID — admins and resellers do it from the user list: Users → Manage → Reset HWID, then validate your key again on the new machine.

What each response means

If activation fails, the app shows one of these:

Web edition: no license key

The web edition does not use keys or HWID locks at all — you sign in with your panel account and the plan follows the account. The trade-off is the same one-device rule: one signed-in device per account, released on logout, after 4 hours idle, or by an admin via Users → Manage → Reset login device. Desktop keys and web sign-ins live side by side on the same account and always show the same plan.

Reset DTC (single ECU)

Connect to the bike, open the DTC page, select the ECU, and press Reset DTC. Stored fault codes for that ECU are cleared.

Reset ALL ECM

Press Reset ALL ECM to clear fault codes across every supported ECU in one pass. Available on all plans, including Starter.

Reset ID Barcode Pro+

Clears the ECU's ID barcode pairing — used when swapping ECUs between bikes or after replacing a damaged unit.

Set Flash Count Pro+

Adjusts the ECU's internal write-counter. Useful after service replacements where the count must be normalized.

EEPROM ROM Dump Max

Reads a full backup of the ECU's EEPROM before you make changes. Always dump before advanced work — it's your undo button.

The BackDoor page is a raw flashing interface for situations the normal workflow can't handle: bricked ECUs, recovery-mode entries, and direct image writes. It assumes you know exactly what you're doing — there is no hand-holding here.

Typical use: ECU won't respond after a failed flash → connect via BackDoor, select the correct ECU part number manually, and re-write a known-good full image.

Windows desktop app only (Max plan) — the web edition does not include this page. On the web, a failed write is recovered with the normal Flash flow or support.

The Library page (desktop) and the online maps control on the Flash page (web edition) list every map file available for your supported ECU types. Files are downloaded on demand from our servers, so new maps appear without reinstalling — and the online library is included in every plan, including Starter.

If downloads fail, check your internet connection and firewall — allow the app through, or whitelist precision-tuning-suite.xyz.

After any successful online validation, PRECISION TUNING SUITE caches your license and plan securely on your PC. If the internet drops, the app keeps working from that cache for up to 30 days — your plan's features stay exactly as they were.

The cache is locked to your machine: it can't be copied to another PC, and subscription expiry is still enforced offline. Once you're back online, everything re-syncs automatically.
